The second DVD in this continuing series focuses on introducing the viewer to the wide arsenal of bare knuckle toolbox that are then developed through a series of unique physical foundation skill development exercises that enchance and functionalize them. Beginning with the warm up sequence into the extensive kicks, punches, elbows and knees, the teaching sequence accelerates into footwork, using the triangle, line movement, offensive and defensive strategies from the outside and inside lines, the art of opening, how sinking works, moving the mind to open the target and finally how basic weapons training translates into empty hand strategy.

The Insights Journal Volume One DVD is a rare document that draws on an extensive archive of material shot throughout the world from 2001-2008.

It follows the evolution of General Amnat Pooksrisuk and his quest to revive and document the ancient Thai bare knuckle fighting arts.

A series of interviews shot in 2001-2002 with General Amnat in the ancient city of Ayutthaya give a unique insight into the history and future development of the Thai martial arts. Questions involving bare knuckle fighting in Thai history, the Wai Kru, the importance of Songkran, the annual Burma vs. Thailand bare knuckle events, gambling in new and old Muay, Ancient Muay and what is considered hidden or secret are all covered in this volume.

Rare footage from General Amnat's 2006 Poland seminar, the complete 2004 New York Songkran Muay Boran presentation by a group of Thai schoolchildren and a flowing demonstration from 2002 are framed by an array of old photos and footage from Thailand's distant fighting past.

General Amnat Pooksrisuk has devoted his entire life to the preservation and propagation of the complete spectrum of Thai martial arts as well as the principles and strategies that govern them.
